CRIMINAL DEFENCE LAW
Ms Bouwman is a lawyer specialized and highly experienced in the area of criminal law. This is the main specialization of the law firm. She defends clients both within The Netherlands and abroad, who are suspected of a large variety of criminal offences. Mr Bouwman has extensive experience as a lawyer in the areas of: drug cases, (domestic) violence, sex offences, life offences and theft. She is also active in the areas of extradition and international criminal law. Ms Bouwman is a member of the Association of Criminal Defence Specialists (NVSA). She represents a number of clients with a life sentence, and is a member of the Forum Life Sentence, which fights for the rights of prisoners serving a life sentence.
JUVENILE LAW
In addition Ms Bouwman is very experienced in juvenile cases concerning minors between 12 and 18 years old in criminal matters. Ms Bouwman is a member of the Association for Lawyers in Juvenile Law (VNJA)
